Aurora creates an eclectic mix of handmade jewellery, accessories, and art pieces.
Her work blends traditional techniques, such as silversmithing, glass fusing, and ceramic bead-making, with a contemporary aesthetic to produce bold, one-of-a-kind designs.
Inspired by the vibrant interplay of colours, patterns, and textures found in nature, Aurora’s pieces are individually handcrafted in her studio, ensuring each creation is unique.
Aurora’s jewellery collections incorporate materials like sterling silver, dichroic glass, porcelain, and recycled cotton resulting in striking statement pieces that are both practical and comfortable to wear.
Pushing creative boundaries has always been at the heart of her work, keeping her designs in constant evolution.
In recent years, Aurora has expanded her artistic portfolio to include ceramic hanging decorations, small wall art, clocks, and a range of digitally enhanced floral imagery.
These floral artworks, available as framed prints or cards, showcase her love for nature through a modern and innovative lens.
Whether it’s through her bold jewellery collections or her delicate wall art, Aurora’s creations are designed to captivate and inspire.

MEET AURORA
Hello! I am an Italian molecular biologist-turned-jeweller based in Cambridgeshire, UK. Largely self-taught, I discovered my passion for jewellery-making and glass fusing in 2002, after stepping away from my research career in biology to spend more time with my two young children.
Over the years, my dedication to craftsmanship and design has earned recognition, including the prestigious MSDC (Full Member) status of the Society of Designer Craftsmen, awarded in 2014 after previously holding a Licentiate membership. My work has also been featured in Craftsman Magazine (February 2005; March 2007) and is showcased in selected jewellery shops and art galleries.
In addition to creating unique pieces, I also run workshops to share my passion for making and inspire others to explore their creativity. You can now find me selling my creations and connecting with customers from my unit at The Courtyard in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.
One of my silver and dichroic glass pieces, the “Trinacria” bangle, has been selected for exhibition at the Victoria & Albert Museum, London as part of their “Inspired by… ” 2006 competition.
In 2008, my “Something Blooming” bracelet has been awarded the third prize in the Precious Metal Clay Design Competition Organized by the PMC Studio.
In 2009 I set up The Jazzy Jewelz Studio through which I offer a range of stress free, fun & creative jewellery making parties and workshops for children and grown ups.
